APERO has been based in Japan since 2015, with a collection of restaurants and wine shops. In 2025, the brand initiated a complete visual rebrand to reflect a new vision, an evolving cuisine, and a more refined target audience. Offering some of the finest French cuisine in the city, subtly reimagined with Japanese ingredients, APÉRO also curates a carefully sourced selection of wines from both Japan and France.

To support this new direction, we introduced a warmer and more minimalist visual approach, using textures and the natural light of each location to shape unique atmospheres and create a distinct identity for every space, setting them apart from traditional restaurant codes in Tokyo.
