Curated by DES QUATRE Tokyo, this is a photographic series i shot for Pen magazine capturing food, winemakers, and the lifestyle of Yoichi. I spent four days in and around the city, exploring the richness of this renowned region. The series includes portraits of chefs and winemakers, featuring Domaine Takahiko, Sappotanmen, Unga, and Hepp Ecocollege.
